1Do you repair video game systems?
No. We don't , however places like coin mart or Bargain box should be able to help you.
2Do you offer free diagnostics?
Yes we do. If your computer is under warranty from somewhere else we can also provide you with a full diagnostic printout to expedite your warranty claim upon request.
3How long does it take to fix my computer?
That is hard to answer until we know what is going on with the computer. In most cases these rough estimates may help: viruses, popups, slow, etc. 2 - 5 days repair when parts are needed 7- 10 day unless in stock. When in stock typically 1-2 days. These times also differ depending on our current work load.
4Do you fix phones or tablets?
No we do not. Please visit our friend's at iShatteredScreen.com. They're local, affordable, and will come directly to you.
5Do you fix printers?
No we do not.. Sadly it's often more expensive to fix if parts are needed than if you were to buy a new one.
6Do you work on Apple products?

7Are you hiring?
No. At this time we can not afford to do so and keep our prices competitive.
8What if my house has roaches, ant, bug infestation?
Then we would NOT work on your system. We would have to leave from your home. We would suggest you call an exterminator first. The bugs could have caused the issue to begin with and the same issue may return because of that unless you get rid of them first. We can not risk getting any other clients infested with bugs. We especially would not transport a computer in that condition no matter how much profit we could make, our reputation with our customers is more important. If we have to make a 2nd trip you will be required to show proof that an exterminator was there and finished the job.
9What is your service radius?
We will travel up to 30 miles.
